Maggie Milone, MPH, RD, CDN, RYT-200, is a dedicated Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who believes in the transformative power of food and movement. With a compassionate and holistic approach, Maggie guides clients toward realistic and sustainable lifestyle changes, fostering a harmonious relationship with food, body, and mind.
Her mission is to provide nutrition education that empowers clients with the tools and confidence to sustain healthy changes over a lifetime. Embracing the principles of food as medicine and a non-diet philosophy, Maggie helps individuals take small, meaningful steps toward improved health and well-being.
Maggie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Syracuse University and her Master of Public Health in Nutrition from CUNY Hunter College in New York City. With over 14 years of experience in Medical Nutrition Therapy, she specializes in weight management, diabetes, and cardiovascular health, working with clients across all age groups.
As a certified 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), Maggie also offers private yoga sessions to complement nutrition therapy and deepen the connection between mind, body, and food. Beyond her professional work, she finds joy in practicing and teaching vinyasa yoga and baking.
