  • In your initial session, Christine will assess your posture and gently palpate the body to identify areas of tension and restriction. Together, you'll review any discomfort to tailor the treatment to your needs.

  • A 60-minute bodywork session focuses on releasing tension, improving alignment, and restoring balance in the body. Christine uses gentle touch, stretching, and pressure to work through areas of restriction identified during your assessment. The session is tailored to your needs and may include myofascial release, postural work, or relaxation techniques to support your overall well-being.

  • A 90-minute bodywork session offers a deeper, more comprehensive treatment. With extra time, Christine can address multiple areas of tension and explore underlying patterns in the body that may be contributing to discomfort. This extended session allows for a slower, more thorough approach—ideal for those with chronic tension, postural imbalances, or who simply want a more immersive experience
