Jennifer Most, MSW, LCSW

Jennifer Rose Most, MSW, LCSW—Jenny—approaches therapy with compassion, curiosity, and a holistic perspective, creating a space where clients feel safe, heard, and supported. “Everyone has a story” and Jenny believes everyone’s story deserves to be heard with care and attention in a safe and supported space. When working with Jenny, she will focus on helping you understand your symptoms, identify your triggers, and develop practical skills you can apply to your everyday life.

She works with adults and couples who may be struggling with anxiety, OCD, OCPD, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, including betrayal and marital difficulties. Jenny’s goal is to help clients better understand their experiences, identify patterns and triggers, and develop practical tools that support growth and healing in their daily lives.

In therapy, Jenny draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from a trauma-informed perspective, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety, expressive arts therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. She believes that everyone has a story that deserves to be heard with care and respect, and she works collaboratively with clients to help them reconnect with their voice, strengthen their sense of self, and feel more empowered in their relationships and personal lives.

Jenny also values a collaborative approach to care and often works alongside other healthcare providers when helpful, including psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, primary care providers, and specialists, to support each client’s overall wellbeing.

Jenny earned her Master of Social Work from Rutgers University School of Social Work and brings experience working with adults and couples across diverse clinical settings. She continues to expand her clinical training and is currently studying the Gottman Method to further support couples in building stronger, healthier relationships.

“My hope for you is in finding your voice, you connect to self and develop the ability to express your needs in your personal life. I understand that the development of empowerment creates a space for magic in treatment creating a world of healing in your journey of life.”
